Superfood Energy Bars, Republic Wireless and Sunday River. All that and, right now, we need a really good interactive designer.

 

ABOUT YOU

You're talented and motivated to help us create digital campaigns and experiences for consumer and B2B clients alike. You have five or more years of design experience at an agency or client-side. You're genuinely interested in and passionate about digital, from site design to email and banner campaigns to microsites, landing pages and social. You can handle multiple projects. Above all, you have good taste, a.k.a. "impeccable sensibilities" and let the ultimate user experience guide your work.
 

TENDENCIES, SKILLS + ABILITIES:

  • Five or more years of interactive design experience at an agency or client-side
  • Complex digital design and UI experience
  • Strong conceptual and design ability
  • Expert in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with motion graphics/video is a plus
  • Critical problem solving skills, independent thinker
  • Multitasker: able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Presenter: you can explain your work/thinking

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design online marketing deliverables: sites, email, rich media banners, microsites, landing pages, video GFX, social deliverables
  • Traditional design a plus: brand and identity, print, collateral, outdoor, direct, etc.
  • Develop and frame creative concepts according to brief, brand and business goals
  • Collaborate on brand purpose and positioning
  • Introduce new ideas, tools and concepts to other members of the team

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or design/advertising degree (e.g. Portfolio Center, Creative Circus, etc.)
  • Five or more years of agency or client-side experience

This is a full-time job reporting to our Group Creative Director at our offices in lovely Concord MA where the sun shines all day, every day, all year long.
