Grove is looking to immediately hire an intelligent, energetic, highly detail-oriented Senior Account Executive with exceptional skills at marketing and project management that can step right in and help manage the development and execution of sophisticated, integrated marketing programs across a variety of B2B and B2C clients.  This is a full-time position located at our renovated mill office space in Concord, MA, right on the Assabet river.  Grove offers good benefits and a fun work environment, but mostly we offer you great experience in a real advertising agency.

Ideally, you're a quick learner and not afraid to jump in and independently manage the development and execution of sophisticated, integrated marketing programs across Grove's wide range of B2B and B2C clients. You have exceptional organizational skills, are detail oriented and have proven your ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you'd have agency or client side marketing experience so you understand the marketing basics.

  • Agency experience (or client-side experience will also be considered)
  • Ability to manage internal and client teams across a wide range of traditional (e.g., branding, advertising, collateral, broadcast) and online (e.g., web development, banners, email marketing) programs
  • Experience working closely with creative and web development teams
  • Ability to work with clients at all levels
  • Perfectionist with detail, willingness to be held accountable
  • Smart. Able to pick things up quickly
  • Strong Work Ethic. The job requires as many hours a week as it takes to get your work done


  • Strong grasp of the creative development and web development process and experience managing web site development projects 
  • Experience working with content management systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress)
  • Experience with any marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Mail Chimp, etc.)
  • Experience developing and managing social media programs
  • Experience managing SEO or PPC campaigns
  • Experience working with Google Analytics
